Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing advice tailored to their individual needs and goals.
• Conduct thorough financial assessments to determine clients financial situations and objectives.
• Develop customized financial plans, including investment strategies, retirement plans, and risk management solutions.
• Stay informed on market trends, economic conditions, and financial regulations to provide up-to-date advice to clients.
• Continuously prospect and acquire new clients to grow the business.
• Provide exceptional client service, ensuring that clients financial needs are met and that their expectations are exceeded.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Financial Advisor or similar role in financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investments, insurance, and retirement solutions.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, RE5) preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with clients.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
