IT Facilitator
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate IT Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT training and facilitation, along with relevant industry qualifications and certifications. If you have a knack for teaching, mentoring, and guiding learners in IT-related subjects, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate IT training sessions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Develop and deliver training material aligned with industry standards.
- Assess and moderate IT-related qualifications in line with MICT SETA requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to learners throughout their learning journey.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and ensure training content remains relevant.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and provide feedback on learner progress.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and certification requirements.
Requirements:
✔ NQF Level 6 industry qualification in IT or related field.✔ Minimum 1 year of IT work experience.✔ 2 to 5 years of professional classroom facilitation or experience in a training capacity.✔ RPA Vendor Certification.✔ Registered Assessor and Moderator with MICT SETA.✔ Strong communication and facilitation skills.✔ Experience with curriculum development and training delivery.✔ Ability to engage and motivate learners effectively.
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
- Experience in corporate or academic training environments.
- Knowledge of emerging IT technologies and automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
