Minimum Requirements:
- Presentable and professional, with positive attitude.
- Excellent business English proficiency.
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed, and admitted as an Attorney a must.
- 1 to 3 years post admission experience a must.
- Interested in Commercial Law and Commercial Litigation a must (experience highly advantageous).
- Good grasp of commercial transactions.
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle.
- Stable employment record and contactable references.
- Residing with daily commuting distance from Randburg.
- Seeking long term commitment with firm (Growth opportunity).
- To start as soon as possible.
Duties and Responssibilities:
- Handling mainly Commercial Law and Commercial Litigation matters for small law firm.
- Drafting legal contracts, pleadings and documents.
- Court attendances and appearances.
- General attorney duties.
Salary: R15 000 gross (Slightly negotiable depending on post admission Commercial Law experience). Salary to be renegotiated after 6 months, depending on performance.
