As a recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, assist in creating job descriptions, and manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to final offer. • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring/line managers.
• Assist in the creation of job descriptions and posting on appropriate platforms.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct reference checks, background checks, and employment verifications.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
• Assist in the preparation of job offers and negotiate compensation packages when necessary.
• Track recruitment metrics to ensure hiring goals are met.
• Stay current with recruitment trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude, eager to learn, and grow within the recruitment space.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in recruiting for tech industry.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms.
• Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media sourcing, and networking.
