Junior Student Advisor

We are looking to recruit a Junior Student Advisor (Sales) to manage data base of leads, engage in high volume of dialling and generate applications and registrations.

The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Experience:

· Call Centre experience is required.

· At least 1 year sales experience is required.

· Customer relationship, and/or Higher education exposure and experience will be advantageous.

Other requirements:

· Able to work weekends (Saturdays)

· Execute pre-determined presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Initiate and facilitate lead generation activities which include but is not limited to: School presentations (class and grade), events and exhibitions.

· Engage prospects and match qualification to the potential students interest.

· Data entry and maintenance of database and pipelines

· Follow up on leads with the aim of driving applications and enrolments.

· Timeous engagement with students on various platforms: Phone, email, WhatsApp etc.

· Maintain records of telephonic interactions, log activities and update sales stats

· Achieving sales target, minimum registrations and various KPIs

· Setting appointments and engaging in consultations, campus tours and similar

Accountabilities Include:

· Volumes - Calls, appointments and school bookings

· School, exhibition and career fair attendances and presentations

· Conversion rate - applications and enrolments

· Timeous, quality, accuracy and completeness of information

· Duration and outcomes (of various interactions across various platforms)

· Enrollment headcount and revenue generated.

· Cross mode / qualification / campus / sales and activity volumes

· Level of product knowledge

· Performing sales activities (e.g., calls, interviews, events, applications)

· Systems adoption and utilization
