Junior Team Leader
The Junior Team Leader is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a team and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standard. The Junior Team Leader will assist in motivating and guiding team members, overseeing their work, and helping with project management to meet deadlines. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for leadership, team collaboration, and a commitment to improving team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading and managing a team to meet departmental goals and objectives.
- Coordinate day-to-day team activities and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Support in training and mentoring new team members and provide continuous feedback to encourage growth.
- Act as the first point of contact for team members, resolving issues and offering guidance where needed.
- Monitor team performance and assist with performance evaluations and feedback.
- Help to create a positive and motivating work environment.
- Collaborate with senior team leaders and managers to set team goals and contribute to department planning.
- Communicate any challenges or opportunities for improvement to senior leadership.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Report on team performance and other relevant metrics to senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, productivity, and accountability.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven Experience 12 months.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and support colleagues.
