Your Role:

As a valued member of our kitchen brigade, youll play a key role in delivering high-quality food, ensuring a smooth service, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and efficiency. From preparing fresh ingredients to grilling, frying, or crafting pizza masterpieces - youll be part of what keeps our customers coming back for more.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Kitchen Manager in maintaining top-tier kitchen standards.
• Prepare Mise-en-place and set up your section before each service.
• Cook and present dishes to specification and at the correct temperature.
• Follow all company policies, food safety guidelines, and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness across all back-of-house and prep areas.
• Monitor and ensure all kitchen equipment is functioning correctly.
• Follow strict hygiene, health, and safety protocols - from fridge temps to fryer oil changes.

Who Were Looking For:

• Experience in a busy kitchen, especially in pizza, grilling, or hot/cold food prep.
• Passionate about food, quality, and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a team-focused environment.
• Familiar with FIFO, portion control, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with strong attention to detail.
