Requirements: ✨ What Youll Be Doing : As a key member of our litigation department, youll support attorneys and paralegals with discovery tasks across all stages—from pre-filing through trial. Youll take ownership of organizing and managing discovery requests, timelines, and compliance, ensuring our cases stay sharp and on track. Key Responsibilities :

• Draft and serve discovery requests (Form/Special Interrogatories, RFPs, RFAs)
• Track and calendar all discovery deadlines and responses
• Draft discovery responses and manage client verification coordination
• Maintain organized discovery logs, exhibit binders, and case files
• Follow up with clients on outstanding documentation
• Assist with subpoenas, medical record requests, and document review
• Coordinate service of discovery and maintain proof of service logs
• Support trial preparation and assist the litigation team with ongoing discovery matters

✅ What You Bring :

• 1-2 years experience in a law firm, ideally in personal injury litigation
• Familiarity with California Civil Procedure discovery rules
• Exceptional organization and time-management skills
• Clear written communication and strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software (e.g., Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Needles)
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
• Paralegal certificate or legal coursework a plus, but not required
