Lucern Marketer

Main purpose of the position:

Increase the profitability of the the Group and limit risks through the effective planning and structuring of lucerne transactions.

Minimum Requirements:

· Grade 12;

· Degree or Diploma in Marketing an advantage;

· 1-2 years previous experience within a lucerne and marketing environment;

· Valid drivers license.

Skills:

· Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;

· Computer literate (MS Office);

· Excellent interpersonal skills;

· Excellent marketing skills;

· Excellent negotiation skills;

· Must be able to cope under pressure;

· Excellent conflict handling skills;

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:

· Marketing and administration of lucerne and alternative crops against set budget and objectives;

· Negotiate prices and achieve margin targets;

· Innovative marketing and marketing development.

Monthly Salary range: R 25 000.00 to R 35 000.00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R25 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Lucerne Marketing: 3 years (Required)
