Were looking for an experienced Maintenance/Technical Manager to lead plant maintenance at our facility. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, food safety compliance, and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance and utilities teams
- Implement preventative maintenance plans
- Ensure compliance with safety and food standards (HACCP, GMP)
- Lead breakdown response and continuous improvement
- Manage budgets, projects, and contractors
Requirements:
- Post matric qualification essential in Engineering /Technical Trade
- 10+ years experience in FMCG or food industry, with senior / leadership role
- Strong technical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
