Marketing Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content and Creator Manager to oversee and manage our content strategy and creator partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in marketing, with a proven ability to drive engagement, optimize content performance, and manage relationships with content creators. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Manage relationships with content creators, ensuring high-quality deliverables and consistent brand representation.
  • Oversee content production, including planning, scheduling, and publishing across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize engagement and ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and technical teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide technical expertise in marketing tools, platforms, and analytics to enhance content performance.
  • Monitor and manage budgets related to content creation and creator partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content management, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong technical expertise in marketing tools
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Familiarity with content creation processes and working with creators/influencers is a plus.
