Marketing Team Leader

The Marketing Team Leader will be responsible for driving and overseeing the execution of marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and boosting customer engagement. This position requires a skilled leader with expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and relationship management, ensuring effective collaboration with both customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a marketing team to achieve business objectives.
• Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance the overall brand experience.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers and external partners to enhance marketing initiatives and maximize resources.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and changes in algorithms.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content marketing.
• Proven experience in managing and developing a marketing team.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills for working with both customers and suppliers.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, CRM software, and social media platforms.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R20 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
