Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Billing Administrator, located in Pretoria. The Medical Billing Administrator will be responsible for managing the billing process, creating invoices, maintaining billing systems, and performing various financial and analytical tasks. This role involves ensuring accuracy in billing, tracking payments, and communicating with patients and insurance companies to resolve billing issues.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in the Billing Process, Invoicing, and Billing Systems
• Knowledge of South African Medical Aid Framework
• Strong Analytical Skills and financial acumen
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the Medical billing/ coding field is preferred
• Healthcare Administration and Medical Claims Courses is advantageous
