• Diploma or Bachelors degree in IT or related.
• CompTIA A+, N+,
• CompTIA Security+ or ISC2 Certified in CyberSecurity
• Cisco CCNA

Duties & Responsibilities

• Shadow senior engineers: Shadow senior security engineers to learn and grow within the great network security space.
• Implementation of Security Measures: Assisting in the implementation of security measures to protect computer systems, networks, and data.
• Monitoring and Analysis: Monitoring system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems. Assisting in the analysis of software systems for vulnerabilities and risks.
• Incident Response: Helping to anticipate security alerts, incidents, and disasters, and reducing their likelihood. Assisting in incident response activities.
• Security Tools: Assisting in the implementation of firewalls and data encryption programs to protect sensitive information.
• Security Standards: Participating in the development of security standards and best practices for the organization.
• Education and Reporting: Helping to educate fellow employees about computer security. Assisting in the preparation of reports that document security breaches and the extent of the damage caused by the breaches.
• Staying Updated: Staying current on IT security trends and news.
