Operations Manager

Requirements and skills:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar.
  • Extensive experience within the Hardware Industry.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting knowledge.
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Great leadership abilities.
  • Digital Marketing experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities include(but are not limited to):

  • Ensuring all operations are carried out appropriately and cost-effectively.
  • Maintain companys legal compliance.
  • Marketing.
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
  • Recruit train and supervise staff.
  • Maintain and support high quality customer service.
