With multiple locations in prime areas of Cape Town, we are now seeking a highly capable Operations Manager to join our leadership team and drive operational excellence across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant outlets to ensure consistency, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire outlet managers and their teams to achieve performance targets and uphold brand standards.
  • Monitor financial performance, including P&L analysis, budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Implement and maintain SOPs across all units, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, expansion plans, and brand development.
  • Conduct regular audits, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure continual improvement.
  • Manage supplier relationships and inventory controls to maintain high product standards and cost efficiency.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve escalated service issues with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in multi-unit operations, ideally within the premium casual dining or lifestyle F&B sector.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, people-first approach.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, drive profitability, and implement operational systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cape Towns hospitality scene and customer expectations.
  • Experience with POS systems, reporting tools, and inventory management software.
  • A hospitality or business-related diploma/degree is advantageous.
  • Must have own transport and flexibility to travel between sites as needed.
