This role is responsible for the effective maintenance of the administrative functions in the Procurement Department. (DIY, Household, Building Material, Maize Meal, Expenses)

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING

  • Grade 12

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 1 year administration experience

Supplier Maintenance

Product Maintenance

  • Listing and de-listing of products
  • Monitor and take corrective action on margins

Branch Support

Reporting & Admin

  • Generate Excel reports from the K8 system rework the data and import revised data into K8
  • General administration and ADHOC tasks
