Job Description

Truworths has an opportunity available for a Parking Attendant at our Head Office located in Cape Town. If you possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to self-manage your day to day activities, then we are looking for you!

The successful person will be responsible for operating and maintaining the car parking facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Issuing parking tickets;

• Managing the parking area, which includes ensuring the smooth flow of traffic in the parking area;

• Working with cash - Receiving cash and issuing change;

• Keeping the parking area clean;

• Daily cash ups and balance tickets issued for the day;

• Operating the YOCO card machine;

• Daily banking of cash to the cash office.

Qualifications and Experience • Good communication skills; • Excellent customer service; • Energetic, confident, reliable, punctual, and proactive; • Ability to self-manage; • Attention to detail.
