Partner Acquisition Manager (US Market)

Were looking for a high-energy, results-driven Partner Acquisition Manager to spearhead sponsorships and brand collaborations for Muddy Princess, MammothMarch, and Muddy Kids—three powerhouse event series that bring adventure, fitness, and fun to thousands of participants across the U.S.

What Youll Do:

- Drive B2B sales by identifying, pitching, and securing cash and trade sponsorships across multiple industries.

- Build and manage long-term relationships with corporate partners, lifestyle brands, and fitness-related companies.

- Develop compelling sponsorship proposals and negotiate contracts to maximize mutual value.

- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to integrate sponsor activations seamlessly into events.

- Track partnership performance and ensure all sponsor deliverables are executed effectively.

What Were Looking For:

- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in sponsorships, event partnerships, or brand collaborations.

- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.

- Experience in event marketing, sports, or fitness industries is a plus.

- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

- Willingness to work US hours (1pm - 10pm SAST)
