• To ensure payroll data quality and governance standards are met and that controls are in place to mitigate risks.
• Align and integrate quality assurance tasks by performing User Acceptance Testing to ensure that appropriate quality operational standards are adhered to.
• Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity within own team.
• Identify and utilize opportunities to assess and improve own performance.
• Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialization.
• Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making.
• Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards.
• Optimize work through the application of learning experiences.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards.
• Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilization of work-related resources.
• Ensure data quality standards are met and reported on.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Minimum Qualification - Administration Certificate
• Excel qualification
• Payspace and Workday will be an advantage.
• Experience - 2/3 years relevant experience.
