About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Growth Manager to join our team and drive growth across three core channels: Affiliates & Partnerships, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google. This role is ideal for a performance marketer with a strong understanding of multi-channel campaign management, creative strategy, and a collaborative mindset. The Growth Manager will have hands-on responsibility for executing growth strategies, managing creative content streams, and optimizing campaigns to meet ambitious KPIs across each channel.
Life Supplies are based in the UK so this is a 100% remote role on UK time-zone.
Key Responsibilities:
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Creative Strategy & Execution:
- Manage Customer Generated Content (CGC) and User Generated Content (UGC) creative streams, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality, on-brand content. Targeting a minimum of 150 new creatives added into the account every month.
- Collaborate with the Head of Growth to ideate and brief in-house creative shoots, contributing to concepting and script writing.
- Brief static asset needs to graphic designers to ensure visual consistency and effectiveness.
- Performance Reporting & Insights:
- Generate and analyze weekly performance reports, highlighting creative trends and insights to inform weekly brainstorming sessions.
- Conduct competitive research to benchmark creative strategies and identify high-performing trends across Meta and other channels.
- Campaign Optimization:
- Monitor and optimize account performance to maximise ROI and achieve performance goals.
Affiliates & Partnerships
- Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Prospect and onboard new affiliates and partnerships that align with our brand and growth objectives.
- Manage the performance and relationship of current partnerships, including booking in activity to ensure partnership targets are met or exceeded. Identify optimisation opportunities to maximise ROI.
- Brief assets and ensure that partners are equipped with the necessary creative to drive results.
- Agency Management:
- Assist the Head of Growth with the onboarding of a new affiliate agency, gradually taking over full management responsibilities.
- Oversee agency performance and ensure alignment with our brand objectives and performance targets.
- Performance Reporting:
- Track and report on partnership performance, providing insights that inform future strategy and decision-making.
- Campaign Setup & Execution:
- Plan and execute new campaigns for Januarys oral care relaunch, including end-to-end setup, tracking, and reporting.
- Set up and manage Performance Max campaigns, briefing necessary assets to the design team.
- Optimization & Research:
- Conduct keyword research to refine targeting and maximise search performance.
- Optimise account settings, bidding strategies, and ad creatives to improve performance and lower acquisition costs.
- Performance Analysis:
- Provide regular performance reporting and analysis, contributing insights that drive continuous improvement and strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate
- A data-led creative: you love coming up with fresh creative ideas that are fuelled by a range of insights: whats working in the account, customer insights, other band inspiration
- Meta obsessive: you stay up-to-date with latest media buying trends and ensure that our media buying strategy is in line with latest best practice
- D2C background: you have experience scaling meta in the D2C space. Subscription businesses are a bonus!
- Naturally curious: both about your own development and the way that we do things. If you spot something that doesnt look right, your instinct is to dive in and understand why things are they way they are
- Diligent: you appreciate the importance of good process and constantly work to improve upon existing systems in a way that ensures high quality and consistent outputs

Pay: R80 000,00 - R115 000,00 per year
