Performance Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist

The FYI Group is hiring a Paid Ads Specialist who lives and breathes digital advertising — someone who understands how to turn R1 into R5, scale campaigns across Meta, Google, and more, and can write a headline that sells before it even finishes loading.

If youve mastered paid media, creative testing, data analysis, and conversion tracking — and you know how to get results across platforms — lets talk.

What Youll Do:

  • Own and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Build, test, and scale paid ad strategies for e-commerce, lead gen, and service-based businesses
  • Write scroll-stopping copy and collaborate with our creative team for thumb-stopping visuals
  • Constantly A/B test: audiences, creatives, placements, and offers
  • Track every rand: Set up conversion goals, retargeting, and advanced pixel/event tracking
  • Report results with insight — not fluff. Your dashboards should tell a story

What You Know:

  • Youre a paid media strategist and executor
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Business Suite are second nature
  • You understand buyer psychology and use it in your ad copy and funnel design
  • You can manage budgets of R10,000 to R1M+ with confidence
  • Youre comfortable using analytics tools, UTM tracking, and CRM data to guide decisions

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or ClickFunnels
  • Influencer campaign integration
  • Experience in scaling e-commerce and brand accounts
  • Past agency experience or worked with multiple industries
