Player Success Manager

About the Role

Salary: ZAR 28,000 pm

We are seeking an experienced Player Success Manager to join our team and lead player support operations. In this role, youll be responsible for ensuring an exceptional player experience, managing escalations, and overseeing customer support initiatives.

Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator with outstanding customer service skills and a passion for fostering online and offline player communities. If youre proactive, data-driven, and have a deep understanding of esports, betting, and casino, wed love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Address and resolve escalated customer support inquiries promptly.
  • Manage and coordinate a team of support agents..
  • Assist in quality assurance (QA) testing for new features.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports on key department metrics (NPS, CSAT, etc.).
  • Monitor player feedback, online reviews, and community sentiment.
  • Organize and participate in community events to strengthen engagement and brand visibility.
  • Build and nurture relationships with players and gaming communities.

Requirements

What Were Looking For

✔ Fluent in English (written and spoken). ✔ 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or a similar role. ✔ 1+ year of team management experience. ✔ Strong knowledge of key customer success metrics (CSAT, NPS, etc.). ✔ Passion for casino and betting. ✔ Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset. ✔ Fully committed to Midnite—no side projects or external clients. ✔ Exceptional communication and writing skills. ✔ Detail-oriented with a creative approach to customer engagement.
