Job Description

As a PR & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective public relations and marketing strategies to enhance the organisations brand image and promote NH hotel brand and services. This role involves building strong relationships with media, creating engaging marketing campaigns and ensuring consistent communication across various channels. The overall objective is to position the hotel to achieve the PR & Marketing objectives and business strategy of the hotel and the overall NH brand.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
  • Ensure a full understanding of the business strategy and positioning of the NH Hotels brand, effectively articulating this in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all NH Hotels product and service offerings, competitor products, services, rates, and general industry trends.
  • Conduct market research on competitor hotels to deliver insights valued by corporate and operational leadership teams.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, such as graphic designers, photographers, and advertising agencies, to produce marketing materials.
  • Plan, organize, and execute social events for the hotel, such as Sip and Paint nights, themed dinners, or holiday celebrations, to engage guests and enhance their stay experience.
  • Work closely with the Food & Beverage, Events, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless execution of these events.
  • Market these events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and on-site promotions, to drive participation and awareness.
  • Evaluate the success of each event and gather feedback to improve future offerings.
Qualifications
  • Certificate /Diploma in Hospitality Management
  • A strong Gasp of Operational Systems (Micros POS and My symphony, Opera and MC)
  • Computer literacy Ms Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • A positive approach, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for producing high quality customer care.
  • Great Interpersonal Skills

  • Innovative and proactive in approach and implementation
  • Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities and attention to detail
