Practice Onboarding Specialist (5 Months Fixed Contract)

Job Description Were looking for a dynamic, driven professional to play a key role in growing and supporting our Accountants Program. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, assisting, and developing a newly appointed lead for the Accountants team. Youll manage the full recruitment and enablement journey—ensuring the selected individual is certified and fully equipped before handing them over to a Practice Success Consultant for continued support. Key Responsibilities Design and continuously improve onboarding processes for leads entering the Accountants Program. Qualify, assess, and guide assigned leads to ensure alignment with program standards and success criteria. Manage and nurture a portfolio of strategic accountant partners, ensuring high engagement and retention. Represent Sage as a brand ambassador in the Accountants Forum, showcasing our support and value to the community. Plan, attend, and host regional events to actively promote Sage and strengthen industry presence. Skills, Knowledge & Experience Essential: Fluent in at least two languages (bilingual). Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Experience or formal training in accounting or payroll. Certified in SBCA, SBCP, and/or Intacct. Strong working knowledge of the Accountants Edition and Program. Preferred Qualifications: A formal qualification in Business Management or Accounting.
