Private Hire Driver

Job Title: Private Driver (Part-Time)

Location: Paarl, South Africa

Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience

Start Date: As soon as possible

Overview:

We are looking for a reliable, professional, and experienced Private Driver to assist with weekend transport needs in and around Paarl. This is a part-time role, with most work scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The position involves driving to and from wine farms, restaurants, social events, and Cape Town International Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive the employer and/or guests to wine farms, restaurants, events, and the airport
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle(s)
• Ensure punctual and professional pickups and drop-offs
• Occasionally assist with errands or household logistics
• Be available primarily on weekends, with some flexibility for additional hours when needed

Requirements:

• Valid South African drivers license with a valid PDP preferred
• Clean driving record and minimum 5 years of professional driving experience
• Excellent knowledge of the Winelands, Cape Town, and surrounding areas
• Punctual, trustworthy, and discreet
• Friendly, professional communication skills
• Experience with luxury vehicles preferred
• Must speak fluent English

Preferred:

• Prior experience as a private or executive driver
• Familiarity with popular wine farms and restaurants in the area

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: R50,00 - R100,00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 40 per week
