Product Marketing Coordinator

• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies that drive market share and commercial performance.
• Product Lifecycle Assessment: Assess product lifecycle stages for the portfolio, making recommendations for adjustments that will ensure an efficient, profitable, and relevant product range.
• Market Segmentation & Positioning: Define clear market segments and product positioning across the various sales channels (Retail & Projects) to enhance brand clarity and align products with customer needs.
• Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing analysis of competitor activities, tracking pricing, product developments, and broader market trends to keep the product lineup competitive and responsive to customer expectations.
• Assist in new product development and launch activities, ensuring each new offering aligns with market demand and company objectives.

This role requires an individual with a relevant Commercial or Engineering Bachelors degree; a construction-related degree, diploma or a postgraduate qualification would be considered an advantage. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills combined with exceptional business acumen and the ability in collaborating cross functional teams.

The purpose of this role is to drive growth, by partnering with sales and product teams to analyze market trends, define product segmentation and rationalize the brand portfolio. This role identifies and targets new and specialized market opportunities, supports the creation of a clear product hierarchy and enhances go-to-market marketing strategies to better align with customer needs and emerging industry sectors.
