Job Description

To fulfil the role of a product and brand promoter who will be responsible for below the line promotion activities for example instore, pro-mobile, brand campaigns, product launches and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Increase brand awareness by showcasing Premier Bakery products to potential customers in line with the brand positioning.
  • Improve sales.
  • Build brand trust.
  • Optimize customer interactions/product presentation.
  • To ensure full maintain and improve customer service levels as part of the extended Bakery Sales team.
  • To support effective instore merchandising in collaboration with relevant merchandiser.
Qualification Requirements
  • Grade 12 or Equivalent
Experience Requirements
  • Previous sales/marketing experience (6 - 12 months) - Desirable
  • Merchandiser (6 - 12 months) - Desirable

Other Requirements

  • Able to work in a pressurised environment.
  • Required to work a 6-day week which may include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
