Quality Assurance Consultant

Dis-Chem Life is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist who will monitor service and sales calls to assess consultant behavior, technical accuracy, sales and service performance, and compliance to company policies and procedures.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Matric
• Clear Criminal and Clear Credit Record
• FAIS Accredited/RE5 Advantage

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years experience
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care
• Focus on quality and customer service
• Exceptional listening and analytical skills
• A keen eye for detail
• The ability to consistently identify mistakes across multiple assessments
• Documenting and reporting product or service quality levels
• Developing and implementing standards for assessment
• Communicating with other team members to solve problems
• Solid time management skills
• Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment
• Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Intermediate Word, Basic Excel)
• Bilingual is a must
• Must have own or reliable transport, will be required to work later shifts and alternative Saturdays
