Job Description To facilitate quality delivery and ensure adherence to quality standards across various business segments. To ensure implementation of identified quality methodologies and improvement initiatives. Responsibilities:
  • Professionally evaluate calls from call centre advisors to assist with all types of queries.
  • Facilitate quality delivery across the various teams by monitoring quality adherence and compliance to quality standards and ensure implementation of identified quality methodologies and improvement initiatives.
  • Provide support and act as a feedback channel for quality issues.
  • Ability to calibrate and communicate with internal stakeholders.
  • Work well with others to achieve shared goals.
  • Use verbal and non-verbal communication skills to influence an audience and negotiate acceptance of proposals, plans or ideas.
  • Motivated to ensure the highest standards of quality and productivity are consistently maintained.
  • Collaborative decision-making and teamwork
  • Manage own development to increase own competencies.
  • Provide support and act as a feedback channel for quality issues and to communicate quality initiatives to all business units.
  • Deal with technical and financial queries from stakeholders regarding call requests
  • Work across many different systems
  • Work under pressure

  • Ability to identify and address process gaps.

You will be an ideal candidate if you have the following qualifications/experience)
  • Call centre experience
  • Minimum Qualification - Relevant NQF level 6
  • Computer Literacy with experience in Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook etc.)
  • Experience - 2 to 5 years experience within a financial environment.
