The Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering exceptional hiring solutions. If you have a passion for talent acquisition and a knack for connecting the right people with the right opportunities, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess suitability for roles.
  • Provide expert advice to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop a strong network of candidates and maintain a talent pipeline.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding for successful placements.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and recruitment best practices.

What Were Looking For

  • Previous experience in recruitment required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
