Requirements:
- Matric, Tertiary qualification in business management- Advantageous
- 3 - 5 years experience in key account management development
- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry, or the coffee sector will be advantageous
- Experience in improving customer service operations

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure superior service standards are maintained and met
- Continuous engagement, upliftment and education of the team
- Build and maintain client relationships, continuous feedback and improvements to clients
- Plan and implement new installations
- Client promotion and event co-ordination
- Formulate and execute growth plans, penetration of new markets and expanding existing business
- Develop area specific sales pitch
- Continuous market research and trend analysis
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts, comparative to agreed targets
- Implement procedures and controls to ensure all aspects of the daily operations run smoothly
- Accurate management of stock, invoicing and deliveries
- Ensure training and audits are being completed to the desired standards and development of the team and technical callouts
