We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Tenancy Manager to support our Senior Tenancy Manager in delivering top-tier property management services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Tenancy Coordination: Assist with tenancy renewals, right-to-rent checks, arrears management, and tenancy termination processes.

- Landlord & Tenant Support: Act as a key point of contact, handling queries professionally and efficiently.

- Compliance Management: Ensure properties meet legislative requirements, keeping safety certifications up to date.

- Maintenance & Repairs: Coordinate maintenance requests, liaise with landlords and contractors, and track issue resolution.

- Property Inspections & Reports: Assist in arranging and reviewing property inspections, ensuring compliance and property standards.

- Database & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, update property databases, and ensure timely processing of tenancy documentation.

What Were Looking For:

- Experience in tenancy/property management (essential).

- Strong communication & problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.

- Highly organized & detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office & property management software (experience with Jupix is a plus!).

- MUST have a dedicated, quiet home office setup where you will not be disturbed during working hours.

- MUST have fibre or high-speed internet and backup power.

- MUST have UK Property Experience

Pay: R20 000,00 - R22 000,00 per month
