This is not just an admin role — each administrator manages their own portfolio of rental properties, acting as a Property Portfolio Manager responsible for the full rental management cycle.

Hardworking and organisedAble to multi-task under pressureExceptionally accurate with data capturingSkilled in property management and basic accountingConfident dealing with landlords, tenants, and contractorsCapable of training rental agents when requiredComfortable conducting property inspectionsA natural problem-solver with excellent time managementA true team player who takes initiative and works independentlyFully bilingual (advantageous)

Requirements:

• Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
• Non-smoker
• Proficient in Google Docs and property management software (advantageous)
• Prior experience in a similar role in the property or real estate industry
