Restaurant Adminstrator

Asara Wine Estate and Hotel situated in Stellenbosch has the above position available.

Our ideal candidate is experienced in 5-Star Hotel Management, well-presented, well-spoken, and very detail-orientated. He or she can work in a structured and organised way and with a hands-on approach in a calm, focused manner. Own Transport essential.

DUTIES will include (but not be limited to):

· Guest Service

· Able to complete admin with high standards of customer care at all times

· To be responsible for the cashing up procedure of the cash floats in your area of supervision

· To follow the financial procedures

· Able to work on a computer - word, excel, powerpoint etc

· To be involved in staff training to include health and safety, finance, food hygiene and operational procedures

· Establish excellent systems of communications with all members of operations staff

· Contribute to team meetings

· F&B Aminstator will be reqired to ensure that all admin duties are to meet the business requirments

· To take an active interest in and contribute to the delivery of successful promotional campaigns

· To collate, report and action all customer feedback in order to continually improve the business

· Implementation of the SOPs.

SKILLS

· Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)

· Excellent command of English, additional international foreign language advantageous

· Leadership skills

· Experience in hotel software and Microsoft Office

· Detail-orientated & accurate

· Ability to multitask and prioritize.

· Calm under pressure.
