Retail Sales Assistants

Chuma Hini Marketing is seeking for sales assistants to work with our sales team in Cape Town. We are seeking for candidates that have the abilities to work with a team and drive sales with in the regions of Cape Town.

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store

• Provide product information and answer customer queries

• Maintain the stores visual appearance by managing product displays

• Assist in stock management and inventory control

• Process transactions at the point of sale

• Help with the organization and cleanliness of the store

• Participate in promotional activities and in-store events

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant qualification

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
