Role Model Coach (Fixed Term Contract)

THE ROLE:

• In the evenings you will have the opportunity to coach learners all over the world. Each day youll engage with your students on the Coachbit app and guide them through the task for the day at their dedicated check-in time, via text and voice notes and a 15-minute video call.
• Build relationships with learners to ensure that they are making progress toward their academic goals.
• Monitor your students use of the in-app study tools.
• Provide regular insight and improvements to the coaching content and curriculum.
• Attend your coaching teams daily stand-up meetings.

• Able to remain calm under pressure.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Laptop
• Stable internet connection
• Eligible to work in South Africa
• Completed or pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• Self-motivation with a low need to be managed
• Night-owl tendencies! This position coaches mainly US students, during the South African nighttime
• 4 hours dedicated coaching time, 5 days a week

Available Coaching Hours :

• 11 PM - 03:00 AM SAST.

LOGISTICS:

• Expected Start Date: ASAP
• Rate: $400 base rate plus a per-student commission after a probationary period
• Availability: Monday - Friday at your given coaching slot
• The position is currently for a fixed term (3 Months) with potential to move into a full-time permanent role depending on company requirements and performance.
