Job Title: Sales Assistants

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting products and provide information on product features.

• Maintain the sales floor by ensuring products are organized and displayed effectively.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.

• Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and contribute to team goals.

• Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to the management.

• Participate in promotional activities and marketing events.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other sales-related software.

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
