Sales Coordinator
We are searching for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinators who;s primarily focus will be on providing essential support to our sales team by managing various administrative tasks, coordinating reporting activities, facilitating site inspections, identifying key tradeshows, and assisting the Commercial Director in achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reporting Assistance:
- Compile and maintain accurate sales reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and management.
- Presentations update and prepare team prior to tradeshows.
- Pull information on client production prior to sales team going on the road to assist with formalized meetings and quarterly reviews
2. Bespoke Site Inspections:
- Coordinate and organize customized site inspections for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to tailor inspection experiences to meet the unique needs and preferences of clients.
- Ensure that all site visits are executed seamlessly, providing exceptional service to potential customers.
- Conduct site inspections when the sales team is not available and equip teams with necessary tools (Information on prospective client, itinerary etc)
3. Tradeshow Identification:
- Research and identify relevant industry tradeshows, conferences, and networking events.
- Coordinate participation in tradeshows by liaising with event organizers, preparing materials, and organizing logistics.
- Evaluate the success of tradeshows and provide recommendations for future participation.
- Booking of flights, hotel accommodation, visa appointments etc. prior to the team travelling
4. Sales Budget Management:
- Assist in the development and management of the sales budget.
- Track expenses, monitor variances, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to reconcile expenditures and forecast future budget needs.
5. Support to Sales:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the organization.
6. Reporting and supporting Commercial Team
- Personal Assistant supporting our commercial team, you will play a vital role in handling administrative tasks and compiling reports to ensure smooth operations within the commercial division.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 3years+ Proven experience in a sales support role, within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) a Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must have own transportation and a valid drivers license.
