Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a Commission-Only Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate sales opportunities through LinkedIn outreach. We sell AI-powered sales automation services to businesses in the USA. Our AI solutions help businesses convert more leads and increase revenue.

This role is perfect for a motivated self-starter who wants to earn high commissions without committing to a full-time schedule. The opportunity is highly scalable, as deal sizes are large, and successful meetings lead to significant commissions.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Using LinkedIn to connect with and engage potential business clients
  • Sending personalized outreach messages to generate interest and book sales appointments
  • Qualifying prospects and passing warm, ready-to-buy leads to our sales team
  • Managing outreach follow-ups to ensure high response rates
  • Tracking interactions and optimizing messaging to improve appointment-setting success

  • Experience in sales, outbound prospecting, or lead generation
  • Strong written communication skills for LinkedIn outreach
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients
  • Comfortable working independently and managing own outreach schedule
