Sales Executive

AJD Marketing is a fast-growing company within the retail industry, committed to delivering exceptional value and service to our clients. Were looking for driven, goal-oriented Sales Executives who thrive in a dynamic, results-focused environment.

Job Summary

As a Sales Exacutive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals. Youll play a key role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to leads and prospects via phone, email, and in-person
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify upselling opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to improve overall performance
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and market trends

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or a related role (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a target-driven environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree a plus)
• South African ID
• NO CRIMINAL RECORD
