SAP Administrator

JOB SUMMARY

As the SAP Administrator your primary responsibility is to ensure that trucks are loaded/ offloaded and dispatched/ received effectively and efficiently in line with Ardagh and Westside requirements and ensure that stock dispatched and or received conforms to the BMWR.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)

1 Ensure that ware is picked from the correct BIN.

2 Ensure that the quality of pallets picked and loaded meet the BMWR.

3 Ensure that the correct documentation is handed over to the Dispatch driver.

4 Ensure that stock is received correctly, and that received stock meets the BMWR

5 Team Management.

6 Ensure that HSE procedures are adhered to.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Essential - Grade 12 (Matric)
  • National Certificate (NQF 5) in Warehousing Operations - Advantageous.
  • Experience in CONSOLs systems and SAP WMS (Warehouse Management System)

Minimum 2 years experience in Supervisory position.

  • Own transport with a valid code 8 Drivers license or reliable transportation
  • Proven work experience as Sap Admin, Dispatch Coordinator, or similar role.

  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Ability to perform a variety of inventory control procedures.
  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures and practices
  • Own transport with a valid code 8 Drivers license or reliable transportation
  • Must be physically fit and have a valid fitness to work certificate.
  • Available to work extended hours.

  • Bellville, Western Cape (City of Cape Town): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
