Collaborate with multiple teams for Agile delivery. Communicate changes to stakeholders. Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and stand-ups. Drive agile retrospective improvements. Support product owners in objectives. Research and educate teams on Agile management tools. Provide updates on Agile delivery. Facilitate communication across teams. Protect current sprint commitments. Coach and mentor teams to increase Agile maturity. Monitor and improve performance in quality, predictability, flow, and velocity. Build a high-performing team. Support in internal and external communication. Track scope changes and communicate them to stakeholders. Support senior management in release planning. Matric and IT-related qualification Scrum Certification 5 years experience as a Scrum Master in a tech-based environment 3 - 5 years in an Agile development environment Experience running Scrum with JIRA and Confluence Knowledge of software development practices and principles Between 5 - 7 Years
