Aqua Dazzle Auto Spa is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Senior Manager to lead daily operations across our Norwood and Fourways branches. If youre a people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Role Overview:

The Senior Manager will be responsible for both car wash locations overall performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This is a leadership role requiring a mix of operational management, team supervision, and front-line customer engagement.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all day-to-day operations at both sites
• Supervise and motivate a team of cleaners, drivers, and support staff
• Ensure high-quality vehicle detailing standards are met consistently
• Maintain schedules, allocate shifts, and manage team performance
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Oversee cash-up procedures, POS operation, and daily reporting
• Manage inventory, chemicals, and equipment to ensure smooth operation
• Implement efficient workflow processes and drive continuous improvement
• Monitor maintenance needs and manage service contractors as necessary
• Recruit, train, and onboard new staff as required
• Enforce health & safety, and cleanliness standards across all areas

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid drivers license and own transport (essential)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in team supervision or operations management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident, assertive, and able to lead by example
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask across sites
• Knowledge of car wash operations is an advantage, but not essential
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
• Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skill set
