• Manage, administer, and update SHE Management System documents in line with ISO and Weir Group Standards; handle environmental requirements, including waste management, permits, and licenses.
• Maintain and update SHE Management system documentation; ensure compliance with local legislation; manage and facilitate internal and external audits as per ISO and Weir Group Standards requirements.
• Coordinate and maintain SHE Electronic Management Systems for documentation and data input; assist in developing and overseeing internal and external training (contractors and employees).
• Ensure contractor management systems are in place and maintained; conduct contractor audits, inspections, engagements, and follow-ups.
• Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. Implement and maintain the Weir ZERO Harm Behavioral Framework.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Higher National Diploma (Preferably in the field of SHE).
• NEBOSH Advantageous.
• Valid drivers license.
• 5 years Safety, Health and Environmental experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Implementation and maintenance of the ISO 45001, ISO 14001 systems, Managing related Safety, Health and Environmental legislation.
