  • Selling skills essential
Required Minimum Work Experience10 to 15 years in the Fleet or banking industryKEY PERFORMANCE AREA (KPA)New Business Development
  • Meeting sales targets in terms of payout.
  • Deals are aligned to the desired ROC’s.
  • Ensuring the sales funnel has active 50 to 60 client opportunities at any given time.
  • Quality credit submissions per week.
Collaboration and Sales Management
  • Sales pipeline is converted into a payout.
  • Relationship is deriving payout.
  • Client experience and expectations are seamless.
  • Implementation is effective.
  • Driving the bank’s ecosystems.
Risk and Compliance
  • No errors and omissions
  • 100% compliant on statutory training
  • Clean audits on onboarding of clients regarding risk and compliance
Relationship and Stakeholder management
  • Manages stakeholders effectively and no escalation.
  • Manages quality of work and create effective and seamless processes in the sales value chain.
