Social Media Manager

Overview:We are a U.S.-based cleaning company looking for a committed, detail-oriented rep to join our team full-time. Youll be the key person behind lead follow-ups, job scheduling, marketing posts, and more. If youre dependable and want to grow with a startup-minded business — this is for you.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday: 8 hours/day
• Saturday: Half-day (4 hours) preferred
• Preferred hours: 2 PM - 10 PM SAST (aligns with 7 AM - 3 PM CST in DFW)
• Must be available during peak LSA lead windows (8 AM-8 PM CST)

Main Duties:

• Answer and follow up with Google LSA leads quickly
• Schedule jobs and manage CRM tools like Cleanworks or Launch27
• Communicate with both cleaners and clients via phone or text
• Post to U.S. local platforms like Nextdoor and Facebook
• Assist in writing content, blog posts, and managing social media
• Request and organize customer reviews
• Monitor weekly KPIs and assist in campaign tracking
• Make calls when necessary to help boost conversions

Skills Needed:

• Clear, professional spoken English
• Self-managed and dependable
• Comfortable with phone calls and online tools
• Strong communication and time management
• Experience with U.S. clients or service businesses is a plus
• Internet stability is essential

Compensation:

• $500-$800/month USD depending on experience
• Performance bonuses tied to jobs booked & revenue milestones
• Opportunity for advancement into a management role
