Job Title: Video Content Creator - Soccer Recruiting Company

Job Overview:

We are a fast-growing college soccer recruiting company looking for a creative and soccer-savvy Video Content Creator to join our team. You will take raw video footage (game film, training clips, interviews, etc.) and turn it into high-quality short-form and long-form content for social media, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and produce engaging video content from raw footage
  • Create highlight reels, promotional videos, and social clips
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
  • Stay current with social trends, especially within the soccer and sports recruiting niche
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all video content

Requirements:

  • Proven video editing experience (portfolio or examples of previous work required)
  • Proficient in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
  • Strong storytelling and content structuring skills
  • Passion for soccer—must understand the game and its culture
  • Self-motivated, organized, and reliable with a strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating content for athletes, teams, or sports brands
  • Played college soccer in the U.S. (a big plus)
