WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES? System Architecture Design Alignment and support for the product owner in achieving targets / goals System redesign to support new technologies and source systems Raising Change Requests (CRs) and writing Functional Specifications Understand the business requirements, preparing AS-IS, and TO-BE documents and get sign-off from users for Business Blueprint document Solution design involving all stakeholders (Business/Business Analysts/Developers/UI/UX). Design solutions that are scalable, catering for requirements for various international markets, with functionality encapsulated in APIs that can be integrated with legacy/other systems, and frontends that are expandable. Propose and review system design(evaluate alternatives), defining initial requirements & user stories Move concepts (Exploration activities) through to proposal and successful implementation User Story refinement (with Business and Consultant), assist with generating a breakdown of user stories to estimate technical delivery and manage those deliverables with the technical team. Review and present proposals / system solutions to Internal Team and Product Owner / Business team. Detailed technical documentation relevant to all stakeholders. Preparing User manuals and conducting training to business process owners Assessing resource requirements and defining pre-requisites for successful and timely implementation. Analysing of processes, and proactively identifying areas of improvement and automation. Project/Support Go-live preparation and post Go-live support Guidance to implementation team, operations team and knowledge transfer Support PDO/Epic Owner Prioritisation and sequencing within the complete Sprint / KANBAN cycle. Timeline management Business success/review contribution by consultants Preparing the cut over strategy Analyse and solve SAP Module issues Analyse and scope End-user authorisation roles Support the functional team with issues and provide a solutions-based approach Assist with identifying and mitigating risks on the project. Troubleshoot technical issues, provide guidance and direction to technical team when required. Participate in stand-ups and meet with end users and other stakeholders and gather requirements. Analyse and implement new system requirements specifications. Analyse, troubleshoot, and fix Defects on all environments. Deployment & release activities. Production support & hyper-care after production deployments. Overseeing the Handling of Tickets and Tasks by the DevOps team Responsible for troubleshooting issues for the system and handling Production Support calls where the Ops team requires assistance Executing the required changes through configuration Executing the analysis and resolution of Testing and Quality Assurance System testing / parallel runs and assist QA in testing systems/solutions. Arranging test data for testing of CRs (Change Requests) Arranging Testing CRs (Change Requests) and preparing test results Establishing regression testing routines Compliance Review (Quality Control reviews & Code review) Driving quality and delivery within team Conduct and oversee Unit tests, Integration tests and System Integration security tests Preparation of testing documents and perform internal testing Integration testing with other modules ABAP debugging beneficial (Workbench related knowledge of new development/enhancements) Assist developers in developing systems/solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements. Code review of developer outputs. System audits/quality assurance. WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE? Degree in IT or relevant experience 8+ years Experience Agile working experience (Mandatory) ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 8 years working experience in development (Backend & Frontend experience and knowledge and custom digital solution development). Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Technical Solutions Architect. Experience with software design patterns and object-oriented design. Update and maintain all SAP Module Configuration Development documentation Interface Technologies Cloud Technologies Middleware SAP Treasury Modules Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: SAP HANA FIORI SAP Multi Banking Connectivity SAP Cash Management SAP In-House Cash SAP Bank Statement processing SAP Advanced Payment Management SAP Application Interface framework Serrala Finance suite 2 Soft Skills Strong presentation skills Above-board work ethics Flexibility to take up different tasks in the project Ability and willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues and users Stakeholder and change management Additional Requirements Flexibility to work after hours if needed.
