Due to the continued growth of the business, our client is looking to expand the B2C Telesales Team, engaging with consumers directly, to satisfy their home buying needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Securing appointments for specialist brokers
  • Achieve daily call targets and booked appointments
  • Making outbound calls to potential clients
  • Maintaining and recording client information
  • Answering client queries

Requirements

  • 3 years of telesales experience
  • Strong telephone sales skills with the ability to build rapport
  • Ability to cope with challenges objections and develop strategies to overcome and close the sale
  • Self-driven with a competitive edge
  • Ability to adapt to change within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with residential property / financial services sector is advantageous but not essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R14 000,00 per month
